We can build what we think we should look like OR we can develop that which resides at the heart of us (supported by the action we take of course) to discover and unearth what we each REALLY look like.
Walking the journey from the inside out is certainly a process. But the “amazing physique” we each unveil, THAT is perfect, for it reflects and manifests the soul.
