    I’m on a rest day today but did workout B yesterday morning. Felt like a Shark going full speed to its prey.
    Did one set of the Dragon push with a 35lb for the first time, man that was humbling. Normally I use a 20lb..
    And to answer your first question, The Evolution programs are what click for me.
    Looks like you have a great group there Shane.

      That’s the thing about that fourth week, when you move through with a specific, consistent focus. You “light up” in the final run. Everything comes smoother, faster, heavier. You just feel charged up.

      Dragon squat lift-up is NOT easy with the 35lbs. Nice one. : )

    The imgages I spontaneously associate with the exercises? Well let’s say many of them are very much influenced by how I first learned them in CBHE.
    There the super-hero-coach suggested thing like
    “’cause you never know when you need to bat a meteor right back out into space….”.

    What can I say, these colorful images pretty much stuck.
